New Satellite Investment Project

  • Built a bottoms-up revenue model incorporating key financial metrics of a major customer by sourcing information from financial statements (10Q, 10K, Investor Presentations) to estimate future revenue growth
  • Conducted a research on a customer in order to better understand its business model (new technology, growth driver, sector trend) and to assess financial health by referring to trade magazines and online resources
  • Generated a dashboard that tracks Intelsat satellite fleet’s KPIs by building a pro forma model to assist management evaluating future satellite investment decisions

Satellite Deployment

  • Constructed and maintained a model for the FCC mandated C-band project to estimate each operator’s share in the C-band domain by referring to financial statements to gauge the amount capacity and the number of satellites
  • Developed a 5 year satellite deployment plan that protects orbital slots and generates $6M revenue per year per asset by collaborating with key stakeholders (Sales/Business Development/Asset Management/Finance/Legal)
